Currency, billing interval, taxes, hardware, and optional services can change the apparent price. Compare the same number of live client projects over twelve months rather than comparing one monthly headline with a lifetime licence.

For example, a photographer completing four jobs each month with six months of hosting included needs capacity for roughly 24 live jobs once the portfolio fills. Also budget for revisions, generation attempts, and keeping older client links online. Already create 360 tours?

What to check in a comparison

Keep a record of the camera files, preparation steps, editing time, published URL, and required outputs for one representative job. Test the links you will send to the client. For floor-plan work, verify the measurement method and the specific exported deliverable against the client's requirements.

Mixed splat-and-panorama authoring is available in several products. 3DVista VT Pro supports panorama tours and Gaussian splat scenes; its 2025.2 release added SOG import. Pano2VR 8 also supports Gaussian splats and links between models and panorama nodes. Test either desktop authoring route if it fits your existing production process.

For an existing splat, SuperSplat provides browser cleanup, hosted scenes, annotations, collision support, file and viewer exports, and API publishing. Compare it when reconstruction is already covered by another tool. Spatial Studio's capture-to-tour breadth is a reason to test its workflow, not evidence of better output on every property.

Spatial Studio for generation and mixed-media tour delivery

Spatial Studio by Real Horizons connects source reconstruction, scene editing, tour authoring, and hosting. It is worth evaluating when the package includes a Gaussian splat plus panoramas, floor plans, maps, photos, or video in one guided experience.

Spatial Lens provides guided iPhone capture. Spatial Studio for Mac reconstructs locally on Apple silicon. The web product generates from supported phone video, photo sets, prepared 360 footage, and drone captures, or lets you start a tour with an existing splat. Review the generated scene for missing coverage and stray splats, set its opening view, then add the rooms or stops visitors need. In the editor, combine it with panoramas and supporting media, add hotspots and an inquiry action, preview on desktop and mobile, and publish. Send the client the published link and any embed code, then check both while logged out. Draft edits need to be republished before they appear in the published experience.

Keep three handoff items distinct: a hosted link for visitors, editable project access for future revisions, and any raw files or exports promised in the contract. Sending a public link alone does not assign someone responsibility for the hosting account. Agree who will publish changes, pay for ongoing availability, and retain the source capture.

There is a documented external reconstruction test. iGUIDE combines tours with measured plans and documentation. Check the package carefully: Radix has no floor plan, and Instant's interactive floor plan is not downloadable. Review a sample of any requested CAD or other technical output, and verify the measurement requirements in the brief.

Zillow 3D Home for listing tours

Zillow 3D Home lets you create and upload listing tours for free using a supported phone or 360 camera. A compatible 360 camera is required for its interactive floor plans. Test the listing distribution and the client's required sharing route; your camera, travel, and capture time still need to be covered by the service fee.

Giraffe360 for several listing assets from one capture

Giraffe360 combines its camera with software for photos, floor plans, 360 tours, property videos, websites, and marketing assets. Evaluate the complete camera-and-software package and review each output on a representative property. The tour is one part of the media package, so compare total delivery time and the assets you would otherwise produce separately.

Polycam for capture services beyond listing tours

Polycam covers spatial capture, virtual walkthroughs, object capture, floor plans, and drone or aerial workflows. Check the capture method, export format, and access your plan provides for each service. A scan used by a designer and a public listing tour have different handoff requirements; test both if you sell both.
